Admission Requirements

The process of becoming a student in Ukraine consists of 3 stages. All these 3 stages demand
particular requirements which every candidate has to satisfy.


1. Admission Requirements

To get you admitted to any university in Ukraine, you need to send us the following documents:

  • Copy of data page of your international passport (all details showing clearly);
  • Copy of your High School results slip or certificate (minimum of 5 credit passes in subjects relevant to your planned field of study);
  • Filled application form.


Postgraduate Applicants

Postgraduate candidates have to send the following additional documents:

  • Copy of Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Certificate;
  • Copy of Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Transcripts.

After assessing your eligibility for admission we will give you the nod to pay our registration fee. This fee covers payment for admission/invitation letter from the university, visa support letter payment and courier service charges.

2. Visa Requirements

After receiving the original copy of admission/invitation letter from us or our representative in your country you need to apply for student visa in the nearest embassy of Ukraine in your
country.

The following are the minimum requirements of the embassy:

  • Filled Visa Application Form;
  • Original Copy of Valid Passport;
  • Certificate of Completed Higher and/or Secondary Education, legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your Country;
  • 3 Copies of Photographs (3.5cm x 4.5cm);
  • Original Admission/Invitation Letter;
  • Medical Certificate, Legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Your Country;
  • HIV Test Certificate, Legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Your Country;
  • Health Insurance which should be valid till you arrive to Ukraine;
  • Sponsorship Letter;
  • Bank Statement;
  • We will take you through the whole visa application process at your request.


Travel Requirements

  • Valid Passport with Visa;
  • Original Admission/Invitation Letter;
  • Medical certificate, Legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your Country;
  • HIV Test Certificate, Legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine;
  • Health Insurance;
  • Academic Results, Legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine;
  • Funds or evidence of it;
  • Return Ticket With Open Date.

3. University Registration Requirement

After your arrival we will take you to the University for Registration. The following are what you need to take along:

  • Valid International Passport With Visa;
  • Original Admission/Invitation Letter;
  • Medical Certificate, Legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine;
  • HIV Test Certificate, Legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine;
  • Health Insurance;
  • Academic Results, Legalized by the Embassy of Ukraine;
  • Funds or evidence of it;
  • Return Ticket with Open Date;
  • Notarized Ukrainian Translated Copy of Your International Passport;
  • Notarized Ukrainian Translated Copy of your Legalized Medical and HIV test certificates;
  • Notarized Ukrainian Translated Copy of Your Legalized Academic Results/Certificates;
  • 12 passport-sized(3.5×4.5cm) Photographs;
  • Full Payment of Tuition Fees, Accommodation Fees and All Other Required University Registration Payments.

4. Financial Requirement
