Study in Ukraine Universities, a branch of African Educational Network(AEN) – Ukraine specializes in the recruitment of students from all over the world for direct admission into institutions of higher education in Ukraine.

We provide services to foreign students and student placement agents. We offer help in the selection of universities and language courses. We also render a very comprehensive guardianship service for students attending any university in Ukraine.

Our Head Office is based in Kharkiv (Kharkov) but we also have official agents in many other cities over the country and in other countries around the world.

You need to register with us:

The one off Registration Fee covers: 

• All local, national & international telephone calls, e-mails & faxes to you, your sponsor and the various institutions that we will have to liaise with on your behalf.
• All overseas postage. We will be sending you brochures, leaflets, prospectuses, and other correspondences.
• All organizational and administrative costs relating to your admissions for all the courses that you choose to do during the 6 or more years of your stay in Ukraine.

When you register with Study in Ukraine Universities:

• We will handle the entire application and enrolment process for you.
• We will offer you professional educational and careers guidance to help you choose the right course in line with your career plans.
• We will examine which institution, out of the lot that we work with, offer you the best value for money and the best chances of getting the qualifications that you want.
• We will liaise between you and the university and also your sponsor about any matter that affects your studies.
  We will take you through the process of getting a visa, briefing you on where to go to get one, what to do, what the procedures are, what questions you will be asked and how you should prepare for the interview.
• On arrival to Ukraine, we will arrange for one of our representatives to meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation.
• We will help you with the settling in process in your first few weeks.
• We will be available for advice on any matter or problem that affects you whilst you are studying.
• Towards the mid-latter stages of your course, we will discuss with you the next steps in your education and we will begin the process of application for you for other stages of your education. This will be free of charge as you are already registered with us.

As soon as we receive the registration form and fee we will begin the process of helping you to become a student in Ukraine.

Qn.: What happens if you do not register with our agency and you try doing it all yourself?

Ans.: Then you are taking a great risk! Our trained and experienced staff is able to go beyond the nice words and the pretty pictures found in a glossy prospectus and tell you what each university in Ukraine is really like. We can advise you on their reputation. We can tell you what their strengths and weaknesses are, what students say about them, how well the institutions are doing in terms of academic performance. You will never be able to find out all this yourself so you will never be able to differentiate between excellent, good, mediocre, or poor universities.

It’s too risky, direly costly, and too important a decision for anyone to leave his home and family and go to a university in another country simply on the basis of what he read on the internet.
